"Montclair High School Field Day" ribbon for the "100 yard dash." Montclair, NJ, 13 April 1919. Produced by Whitehead & Hoag, Newark, NJ (partial tag affixed to verso). 6 x 2 in. silk ribbon (full separation near center of ribbon repaired with adhesive on verso, partial loss to manufacturer's tag, frayed edges). The recipient of the ribbon is unknown. -- 4 x 3 in. photograph of an African American male runner on the verge of running a race, mounted on clipped album page with caption below, "Ready to go!!" (soiling, some surface wear). -- Lincoln Versus Tuskegee. Franklin Field, 29 October 1926. 2 x 3 3/4 in. printed ticket for a football game between two HBCUs. Philadelphia: Globe Ticket Company, 1926 (slight surface loss on verso where the ticket was likely mounted in a scrapbook, crease to lower right corner). -- Cabinet photograph of two African men standing with bicycles in a studio setting. Troy, PA: Wood, ca 1890. The name "Jim Hackett" is penciled on verso (light edge and corner wear to mount).
